The Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology congratulates the Inaugural Graduate Research Safety Leaders: Alex Outka, Emmanuel Quartey, Salika Dulanjali, Atul Ojha, Ella Sangber-Derry, and Lifei Wang!

Graduate Research Safety Leader is the highest certification level of the department's new Graduate Research Safety Recognition Pathway. This pathway is designed to complement required safety training while providing opportunities for students to demonstrate engagement, contribution, and leadership. This group has demonstrated sustained leadership in strengthening research safety culture, systems, and practices within the department.

Congrats Alex, Emmanuel, Salika, Atul, Ella, and Lifei! We are so proud of you!
