Teaching Achievements William P. and Heather W. Weber Teaching Excellence Award Teaching Awards Ceremony

Congratulations to Dr. Diana Habel-Rodriguez!

Dr. Diana Habel-Rodriguez has been selected a recipient of the William P. and Heather W. Weber Teaching Excellence Award for through the Colleges of Arts & Sciences.  For the first time, the College of Arts & Sciences is collaborating with the Center for Teaching and Learning to celebrate teaching excellence at the University of New Mexico.  This $1,000 award recognizes the significant contributions she has made to the college's teaching mission through the quality, and impact of her teaching activities. The committee was particularly impressed by her use of active learning in General Chemistry and her work in redesigning Chemistry 131/132. 

Dr. Habel-Rodriguez will be publicly recognized for your teaching achievements at the teaching awards ceremony scheduled for Friday, May 3rd, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the SUB, Ballroom C.   You are all welcome to come and celebrate with Dr. Habel-Rodriguez.
